Submit a ticket with the Wintac support desk

Currently, Daviswarecontinues to assist with Wintac customer support requests. In order for the customer service team to review your issue as soon as possible, we recommend that you submit a ticket by logging intodaviswarehelp.zendesk.com.   

Need help logging into Wintac support desk? 

If you do not have a login to Zendesk, please request one by emailing knowledgebase@davisware.com. 

If you have forgotten your password to Zendesk or need to reset, please follow these steps: 

  • Click the “Forgot my password” link at the bottom of the sign-in window 
  • Enter your email address and click “Submit” 
  • Log into your email account, open the email from Davisware and follow the instructions
