Customer Success Manager

LOCATION: Fort Myers, Florida | Toronto, Canada

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a rockstar Customer Success Manager with a proven track record in a SaaS environment. This is an opportunity for a client-centric, entrepreneurial-spirited individual to join a Stevie Award-winning team and provide world-class experiences to an awesome clientele.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a champion for FieldEdge’s clients and help their businesses thrive by leveraging FieldEdge as a software platform. Specific duties include:

  1. Account management – truly take care of our customers, overseeing everything from leading QBRs, to sending donuts!
  2. Build customer advocates – develop strategic client relationships and build a loyal client base that actively advocates for FieldEdge
  3. Own customer retention – maintain a pulse on all client health statuses, and use tact and diplomacy to handle customer escalations of all kinds to ultimately defend FieldEdge against churn
  4. Increase customer adoption – develop a deep understanding of our clients (their industries, business goals, pain points, personality quirks) and conduct proactive outreach / check-ins to provide business analytics, suggest best practices, and promote unexplored modules within FieldEdge
  5. Originate and implement Customer Success initiatives – leverage prior experiences and an entrepreneurial spirit to help us establish new best practices. We want to hear your ideas!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree – business or technology degrees preferred
  • 2-5 years of Customer Success experience in SaaS environments preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proven record of providing top class customer service
  • Exceptional ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of personalities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Technical aptitude – quick to develop a deep understanding of new software
  • A history of going above and beyond
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
