We are currently looking for a rockstar Customer Success Manager with a proven track record in a SaaS environment. This is an opportunity for a client-centric, entrepreneurial-spirited individual to join a Stevie Award-winning team and provide world-class experiences to an awesome clientele.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a champion for FieldEdge’s clients and help their businesses thrive by leveraging FieldEdge as a software platform. Specific duties include:
- Account management – truly take care of our customers, overseeing everything from leading QBRs, to sending donuts!
- Build customer advocates – develop strategic client relationships and build a loyal client base that actively advocates for FieldEdge
- Own customer retention – maintain a pulse on all client health statuses, and use tact and diplomacy to handle customer escalations of all kinds to ultimately defend FieldEdge against churn
- Increase customer adoption – develop a deep understanding of our clients (their industries, business goals, pain points, personality quirks) and conduct proactive outreach / check-ins to provide business analytics, suggest best practices, and promote unexplored modules within FieldEdge
- Originate and implement Customer Success initiatives – leverage prior experiences and an entrepreneurial spirit to help us establish new best practices. We want to hear your ideas!
