Customer Support Specialist

LOCATION: Fort Myers, Florida

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Support Specialist will be on the frontlines in assisting live FieldEdge clients when they run into issues. S/he will exercise world-class customer service and problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction. Specific duties include:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve incoming client inquiries through verbal and written communication
  • Use tact and diplomacy to navigate difficult situations and turn them into opportunities for superior customer service
  • Become technical experts of FieldEdge and competitor software systems
  • Ensure thorough diagnosis of underlying client issues – not stopping at the “what”, but drilling down into the “how” and “why”
  • Educate customers on best practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a postsecondary education in IT, sciences, or business (preferred)
  • You pride yourself on delivering the highest level of customer service
  • You have a knack for figuring out technical issues
  • Going above and beyond is your modus operandi
  • You value teamwork
