The Onboarding Specialist be on the frontline in driving customer adoption after a new customer joins FieldEdge. S/he is required to act as the single point of contact for new customers in representing the entire FieldEdge team. Specific duties include:

  • Project manage onboarding processes that are often complex, making sure to set proper timelines
  • Coordinate between Sales, Data, and Product teams internally to provide customers with a single point of contact
  • Use tact and diplomacy to set the right expectations with clients throughout the onboarding process, including both verbal and written communication
  • Manage multiple onboardings simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to ensure on-time Go Lives that meet all of the customer’s specifications


  • Postsecondary education in business is preferred
  • Experienced in delivering excellent customer service
