Connie Certusi joined FieldEdge in July 2018. Connie has an extensive leadership track-record in the software industry spanning all functions which include product delivery, sales & marketing and general management. Her role, prior to FieldEdge, was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the Sage US business. While at Sage, Certusi led the transformation from on-premise to SaaS and scaled various business lines by multiples of their original size. Connie holds a BBA from the University of Georgia.

In January of 2017 Cassie joined FieldEdge as Head of Sales to reshape and grow the Inside Sales team. Cassie brings strong sales management experience from her time at NCC International where she led a team of 20 Account Executives across North America. Cassie holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Georgia.

Scott joined FieldEdge in January of 2019 as the Chief Technology Officer over all development and IT functions. Scott has over 30 years of IT experience including CTO of Vantiv, VP of Engineering and Operations for Serta Simmons Bedding, over 20 years at Nationwide Insurance in various IT leadership positions and owner of an IT Consulting firm. As a leader, an IT Consultant and a small business owner, Scott has been an integral part of several IT turnarounds, major company growth and an IPO. Scott is originally from Ohio where he attended Franklin University and has been a resident of Fort Myers Florida for over 10 years.

Eric Rausin, VP of Research & Development, has been helping service companies improve their operations with software for over 25 years. Eric has played a crucial role in bringing FieldEdge’s 4 different software products to market where he led the Customer Success and Product functions.

Most recently, Dan was instrumental in the growth of ExamSoft, a market leading education technology company, where he spent time overseeing the Customer Success, Sales, and Client Solutions teams. Early in his career, he gained direct knowledge of the field service management industry after working with an HVAC company as an Executive Director, where he had the opportunity to see first-hand how technology like FieldEdge can increase revenue and efficiency. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Pete joined FieldEdge in June, 2019 as the VP of Product. Pete has over 20 years of experience working in Product and IT roles for SaaS companies. His role, prior to joining FieldEdge, was CTO at Coolfront where he played an integral role in the launch of the web-product (2012) through the sale of the Company (2019). Pete has strong management experience where he’s built and led several IT and product teams located both on-site and off-shore. Pete holds a Bachelor’s in English at SUNY Fredonia and did graduate work in the IT Master’s program at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Originally from Wisconsin, Ryan did his undergrad work in Information Systems at University of Wisconsin, Madison, and holds an MBA with an Analytics concentration from Drexel University.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Richard holds a BS from Columbus University. Richard is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer, Incident Handler and Ethical Hacker.

Our original founders, George and Glenn Slay were HVAC contractors and entrepreneurs. As HVAC contractors, George & Glenn were out in the field servicing customers constantly. They felt that there could be a better way to organize their office and field operations. Seeking a solution, the Slay brothers started the process of creating software that would help them manage their expanding business.
The Slay brothers established Coastal Computer Corporation in 1980 and introduced field service management software called Theos to the industry. Coastal Computer Corporation introduced the first electronic dispatch board as well as the first integration with the accounting system, QuickBooks. As the pioneers of field service solutions, the company achieved many firsts and became a well-known force in the industry.
