Connie Certusi joined FieldEdge in July 2018. Connie has an extensive leadership track-record in the software industry spanning all functions which include product delivery, sales & marketing and general management.  Her role, prior to FieldEdge, was Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the Sage US business. While at Sage, Certusi led the transformation from on-premise to SaaS and scaled various business lines by multiples of their original size.

Rameez Ansari became Co-CEO of FieldEdge after acquiring FieldEdge in 2015. Previously Rameez worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group in Toronto, where he advised Canadian and international clients in financial services, telecom, and technology. Since 2001, he has also acted as a strategic advisor and implementation lead for his family business, Synergy, which is a leading diesel power generator assembler in Pakistan.

Rameez holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with High Distinction.

Steve Lau became Co-CEO of FieldEdge after acquiring the company in 2015. Prior to FieldEdge, Steve worked at CPP Investment Board (“CPPIB”) in London and Toronto where he sourced, structured, and conducted due diligence on ~$11 billion worth of direct private equity transactions ranging from $4 million to $7 billion. Steve also developed operational expertise through serving as an observer on the Board of Directors of Airwave, a CPPIB portfolio company and as a co-founder of a consumer internet startup called cloudable.me which won a Wharton Venture Award.

Steve has an MBA from the Wharton Business School and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, where he graduated with High Distinction.

Sekhar Joined FieldEdge in June 2015 with over 20 years of field service management tech leadership and advisory experience. Prior to his time at FieldEdge, Sekhar was the Head of Engineering at Viryanet and CTO of Jolt Consulting where he led the engineering team for a large field service management company.

Sekhar holds a bachelors degree in Engineering from MVSR Engineering College and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University.

Eric Rausin, VP of Research & Development, has been helping service companies improve their operations with software for over 25 years. Eric has played a crucial role in bringing FieldEdge’s 4 different software products to market where he led the Customer Success and Product functions.

Ray joined FieldEdge in June of 2015 to lead the company’s Finance department. Prior to FieldEdge, Ray was Controller at RACO Wireless and Corporate Controller at Accudata.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University.

Marc joined FieldEdge in March 2015 and has helped grow the Sales & Marketing function from 5 employees to over 35. Prior to FieldEdge Marc worked as a Private Equity Associate at Highland Creek Partners and Director of Operations at Breffka & Hehnke.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

In January of 2017 Cassie joined FieldEdge as Head of Sales to reshape and grow the Inside Sales team. Cassie brings strong sales management experience from her time at NCC International where she led a team of 20 Account Executives across North America.

Alex joined FieldEdge in October 2017 and brings over 10 years of experience in Customer Success to FieldEdge. As VP of Customer Success at eMaint Enterprises he helped build out the Customer Success team from 12 employees to over 100 all while maintaining a best-in-class culture.

Alex holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Rowan College.
