The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. More than 2,700 nominations were submitted to the Stevie Awards organization in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. FieldEdge took home two awards this year – a Gold Stevie Award for Sales Growth Achievement of the Year and a Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year.
FieldEdge’s customer success team has won the Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year consecutively since 2016.
