We have been using FE since 2019 & I've had my share of gripes... HOWEVER, since we tried to switch to ServiceTitan, I need to bump up my rating for FE.

They have been amazing & roll out new updates regularly that contain helpful solutions for day-to-day tasks. ServiceTitan is a scam, definitely go with FieldEdge if you're on the fence.

Having used most of the comparable software providers, it's my opinion that Field Edge is a top contender.

It's intuitive and many ways surpasses the others, particularly with respect to Service Agreements. Their customer service is also above par. I believe they still need further product development to improve efficiency and productivity, but I believe it's a good value for the cost and easy to jump into and get started.

If you're considering a change in software companies, do yourself a favor and give Field Edge a try.

FieldEdge software is one of the best CRM/operations platforms that you can find for the Contracting industries, especially HVAC.

We have used FE in our HVAC business since evolving from their old software, ESC. Great software, but also much more affordable that some of the competitive brands. You get what you pay for as nothing is free, but you CAN overpay. Fieldedge is right in line with what you would expect for an industry leading product. I now coach and consult businesses, and I highly recommend they move to Fieldedge as well. If you are lucky enough to have Amanda as your account rep, that will be just another blessing. She is a pleasure to work with.

FieldEdge has been a game-changer for our company. We can accurately dispatch technicians and move the schedule around easily when changes are made or needed throughout the day or week. We have saved lots of time and money with the entire system, especially billing. We know who has not paid, who has paid, and can pull up that history instantly.

The history and timestamps on the client record is one of the most valuable parts of this software. We are able to look at every touchpoint with the client and figure out ways to better serve our clients. It has also protected our business when clients feel that we are out there and didn’t repair the system we can look back a determine if they were correct or if we were out there longer than before that. Onboarding with the company is so simple and straightforward. Many other companies say that they can transfer all your information over but they are always missing something. FieldEdge will not miss anything when transferring from your old system to them!
