Katie brings over 8+ years of experience supporting the construction and architecture industry, with a focus on marketing, proposals, and business development. Earlier in her career, she led marketing initiatives for both construction and architecture firms and developed proposals and bids for scopes of work, giving her a strong understanding of the customer journey within home services—from initial discovery and first impression through project close. She understands how critical it is to clearly communicate brand value at the earliest stages, ensuring new leads feel confident, informed, and ready to move forward.
